Sweet sparkling wine from Moscato grapes, partially overripened. This Latin name stands for “sparkling”: it preserves the scents and the elegant structure of the sweet Moscato. To the eye it is pale yellow in colour. It smells of dried fruit and, to the palate the taste is tickled by intense notes of apricot.
