Saliens is a premium dry sparkling wine crafted using the Metodo Classico from white Moscato grapes, also known as Moscato di Siracusa.
The name, meaning ‘sparkling’ in Latin, captures the lively and joyful spirit of this wine.
It captivates with its luminous straw-yellow hue, like a ray of sunshine held in the glass.

Vinification
The wine is destemmed with soft pressing, fermented in stainless steel at 15°C and aged on the lees for 24 months after addition of liqueur d’expedition.
